Our Story

Nick joined Lithocraft in 1993. His passion and commitment led to him being appointed to the position of Director/Partner in 2003 and then to Managing Director in 2013. Nick specialises in developing long-term customer relationships that are a win/win for customers and Lithocraft. Nick also sits on the Lithocraft Board, Senior Management Team and attends partners’ meetings. He is a driving force behind the growth and development of the company.

Prior to joining Lithocraft in 2008, Shane spent three years with Winx (formerly Corporate Express) as their Strategic Business Manager and 20 years with Moore Business Systems in various senior sales and marketing management roles in the print industry over the last 30 years. Along with Nick, he oversees people and culture, the development of Lithocraft’s new/existing business strategy, marketing and all customer communication. His passion and energy are never in short supply.

Matt Joined Lithocraft in January, 2020 as NSW State Manager. With over 10 years of print and POS experience tailored to the FMCG industry, he has an extensive background in Industrial Design and Key Account Management. This has helped to develop and deliver both innovative and sustainable campaigns for clients such as Unilever, Apple and Kellogg’s to name a few.
With a strong focus on systems-based solutions, Matt aims to further strengthen Lithocraft’s position as an industry leader in end to end print and POS solutions.

Since joining Lithocraft in 2006, Lesley has been an invaluable central point of contact for many of our major customers. Her experience and expertise in the industry has been gained from working in print purchasing, production, account and project management. With a particular interest in POS, Lesley developed and continues to work on Lithocraft’s onsite hub business model. Through our onsite hubs, we become an extension of our customer’s marketing team and offer the very best in customer service, ease of doing business and innovation.

Gary joined Lithocraft in June 2020. He is a customer focussed business manager with an extensive background and proven track record in creative services, print production and managing major projects and clients. Using a consultative approach to customer’s commercial, technical and strategic goals, Gary builds long term, trusted partnerships through consistently high standards and performance.

An expert in his profession, Paul has worked in the prepress and printing industry for over 32 years. He has been with Lithocraft for over 14 years managing variable data, artwork and imagery. With an eye to the future Paul also manages our e-commerce and web to print offering.

Matthew joined Lithocraft in 2017 as the Warehouse and Customer Service Manager. His 17 years’ experience in warehousing and distribution and a focus on quality customer service are the key to superior logistics and supply chain management. He prides himself on efficient processes, continuous improvement and solution orientated thinking.

David has a Bachelor of Business, Diploma of Business (Accounting) and is an Associate Member of CPA Australia. He has worked in finance/IT/project management for the last 18 years, joining Lithocraft in 2001. David plays a key role in the in development of our online services and is an integral part of the transition and implementation of new accounts. His consultative background and systems analysis training has proved invaluable with our customer interface, performance reporting, and service delivery.

Tom joined Lithocraft in November 2020. With over of 10 years of Industrial Design and Project Management experience within domestic and international markets, Tom combines innovation and creativity with extensive trade knowledge to develop strategically driven customer-centric solutions for retail marketing. Tom’s comprehensive understanding of international logistics and manufacturing both onshore and through-out South-East Asia delivers superior supply chain solutions. This combined with Lithocraft’s production capabilities produces high-quality products with an exceptional return on investment.

Hayley joined Lithocraft in 2022 as an Account Manager. She has extensive experience in graphic design (Qualified Designer), print production and Account Management spanning over 15 years.

Her background in design along with her in-depth knowledge of print & promotional production processes ensures her clients receive superior support & guidance every step of the way. She strives to continue developing relationships with our clients built on open communication and trust.

Jeremy Joined Lithocraft in May 2022 as the Strategic Key Account Manager for the Bunnings account.

With over 20 years’ experience in the print industry, he has an extensive background in pre-press, production and ‘Key Account’ Management for several major FMCG companies.

With a strong focus on customer relations & solutions, Jeremy and his support team, aim to continue to build Lithocraft’s relationship with Bunnings.

Donna joined Lithocraft in March 2015 and has been integral in the continued growth of the Asia Print division.

With a strong background in pre-press and print production combined with over 10 years in Account Management, she possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience for managing the intricacies of offshore production.

Now representing one of Hong Kong’s leading international printers, C&C Printing, Donna’s clients include many well-known Australian book publishers and print based retailers.
